Adding T-Force Ground with Freight Pricing

If an account does not have T-Force added, please follow the article Adding A Carrier Agreement. Once added, these steps can be followed.

When adding GFP to an account that already has UPS Freight added, you will need to follow the below steps.

Step 1: To open your T-Force agreement, navigate to the Manage Carriers screen by clicking “Add/Manage Carriers” or “Connected Carriers”.

Once on the Manage Carriers screen, select “Quick Actions”, then “Edit Agreement” and update the “Add Ground Freight Pricing” section to display Yes

If the account number is also missing, log into UPS.com and go through the steps of getting an access key to find the account number.

Note: Do NOT request a new access key, you will find the account number before you are prompted to request this access key.

Step 2: Once you have the information added, select “Test Services” and update the agreement.

An additional agreement for UPS Ground Freight Pricing will automatically be added to your account.

Please note each package on the shipment must be below 150 pounds or an error message will be returned.

UPS GFP WILL NOT WORK IN COMPARE RATES.
