Adding and Editing Locations

Adding additional locations is an option for Business Pro customers. The instructions to update a billing location are located further down the page.

To add a new location

Follow these steps to add a new location to your account:

  1. In the drop-down list in the upper-right corner, select Account Management.
  1. In the Manage Locations section at the bottom of the page, click + Add Location.
  1. Complete the required fields to identify the new location.
  2. Click Save.

Please be advised that the address entered for the new location is used for both the shipping and billing. The billing address can be updated once the location has been created, instructions are further down the page.

If you have any saved Commodities/Items in your item book and would like to use those items at the new location, please make sure to select the “Clone Item Book” option before saving the new location.

Once the new location is added, your carrier connections will need to be added. Please see the Adding Carrier Agreements guide for helpful instructions: Adding Carrier Agreements

To edit an existing location

  1. Navigate to the same screen described above for adding a location.
  2. Click on the Gear icon under the Edit location column for the address you’d like to edit.
  1. If you’d like to make the location inactive, select Change Status.
  2. If you’d like to change the address location or the identifier, select Update Location.
  3. Once the information is satisfactory, click Save.


To update a billing address or contact

You can update a specific address type by searching the location name in the search field at the top the screen and then selecting the Account Name.

After clicking on the Account Name, scroll down and find the address you’d like to update. Click on the pencil icon.

You can also use this page to update your Default Information.

Enter the desired information, and then click Save.
