With this feature you can easily compare truckload rates from your carriers and the Kuebix carrier ecosystem to make sure you are getting the best rate possible.
How to Request Truckload Spot Rates in Kuebix Community Load Match
Get Started
- You can find a truck simply by clicking on the Ship It icon from your home screen.
- Enter your shipment information as usual.
- Once you’ve filled out some basic information like pickup and delivery dates, address information, and some items, you can request rates.
- If you have any negotiated rates, you can request those by clicking the “Contract Rates” button.
- To access Kuebix Community Load Match for a spot quote, click the “Submit Spot” button.
Find a Truck
- By clicking on “Submit Spot”, Kuebix brings you to the Find a Truck page where you can see a visual representation of available trucks.
- Kuebix will search for carriers that match your criteria and display your agreement carriers as well as any Kuebix Community Carriers.
- You can now use searches and filters to get to a specific carrier or carrier type. You can also select and de-select carriers based on preference to narrow down your field of choices.
- Once you have your list of carriers where you want it, simply click “Request Rates” and Kuebix will send your rate request to those carriers.
- You can now click on the “View Rates” button which pops up after submission. Kuebix will take you directly to the shipment where you can view your available rates. Alternatively, you can click on “Create New Shipment” to look for more trucks.
Book Your Rate
- After clicking “View Rates”, you’ll be taken to the Manage Shipment Grid. From here you can view all of your posted loads, see all of your rates, make any last-minute changes or updates to your shipment, and book with your selected carrier.
- To book, simply click on the “Rates” tab, navigate to the carrier rate you’d like to book with and click the “Book” icon on the left. This sends the carrier an email notifying them the shipment has been awarded.
- Kuebix has now tendered your shipment to the selected carrier! A confirmation message will appear.
