If you do not know your A&B Customer Code you may request it by emailing customerservice@aandbfreight.com and asking them to provide the web service Customer Code for your account. Make sure to include your account name and address in the email. |
| A. Duie Pyle | To access your A. Duie Pyle negotiated rates in Kuebix, you must register to use their Rate Quote Web Service. To do this, simply fill out and submit the Rate Quote Web Service Setup Request form on their website. Click here to access the required form. Upon successful submission, please allow the carrier 24-48 hours to process your request. Once processed, you will receive an email containing the details required to connect your account in Kuebix. Please forward that email to us at support@kuebix.com. |
| AAA Cooper Transportation | To access your AAA Cooper negotiated rates in Kuebix, you must first register to use their multiple web services. To do this, you will begin by logging into the AAA Cooper website here using your carrier provided credentials. Once logged in, click on Workspace in the navigational menu at the top of the page. In the new page that loads, click on the Web Services link in the Admin Tools tile. In the next page that opens, place a checkmark into all of the available Web Service APIs and click the [ Web Services Request ] button. Once submitted, please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier to process your request. Once successfully processed, you will receive your Token Number via e-mail. |
| ABF Freight | To access your ABF negotiated rates in Kuebix, you must register to use their different web service APIs. You will begin by logging into ABF's website using your carrier provided credentials. Once logged in, click on the Resources link in the title bar at the top of the page, then click on Shipping API. In the next page that opens scroll down and click where you see "visit this link." Then you will be brought to the API Registration page. Below your information there will be seven Available APIs. Insert a check into all of the boxes and then click the Register button. A request will then be sent to ABF to have the selected web services enabled for your account. You will receive an email response back from ABF (typically in an hour or less) letting you know that your API access has been"Approved". Once received, go back to the API Registration page and click on the word Rate Quote, scroll down on that page until you see Account Information. Simply copy and paste your API Key from the field below. |
| ACI Motor Freight | To connect your ACI Motor Freight negotiated rates in Kuebix, enter your ACI Motor Freight website Username and Password. In addition, you will also need to input your Customer Code and Authentication ID. If you are unaware of this information, please contact rates@acimotorfreight.com and inform them you wish to connect to their API via Kuebix. |

| Best Overnite Express | To connect your Best Overnite Express negotiated rates in Kuebix you must first enable your account for API use. If your account is not enabled for API use, please contact Jason Skinner at jskinner@bestovernite.com. Please include your account number and username in your email. After account is enabled for API use, simply enter your Best Overnite Express website Username and Password. |
| Central Freight | To obtain your Central Freight Account Number, go to their website and log in with your carrier provided username and password. Once logged in, on the left-hand side of the page under the title eCentral, click on the InfoCentral link. A search shipments screen will appear. In the bottom, right-hand corner is a link titled Customer Account List. Click that link and a new window will open containing your customer account number. |
| Central Transport | To enable your Central Transport account to provide rates in Kuebix, an email must be sent to: webservices@centraltransport.com requesting that web services be enabled. The email request will need to include the following information: -Your Company Name -Your Central Transport Customer Account Number -The IP Address(es) that Kuebix will use when making rate requests. There are three IP addresses and they are: (45.55.32.117), (52.204.162.147), (18.208.104.22), (173.78.79.248) & (50.201.198.113). Once processed, the carrier will provide an access code back via email that will need to be entered into Kuebix to establish the Carrier Rate Connection. Please allow 24-48 hours for their web services support team to complete the action and respond with your access code. |
| CEVA Logistics | To add CEVA Logistics as an available carrier in Kuebix, you must contact your CEVA account executive and ask them to open a Help Desk ticket to: (1) Enable access to the CEVA Rating API for your account and (2) Ask them to provide the required API credentials to establish the connection in Kuebix. They will need to supply a unique Username, Password and Profile Key. |

If your account is set up for pallet rates, please indicate that below with a Yes or a No in the field provided. |

| Day + Ross (Intra-Canada) | To connect your Day & Ross Transport negotiated rates in Kuebix, you will need to input your account number, as well as your username and password for the Day & Ross website. If you don't know your account number you may find it by logging into your Day & Ross account here. Once logged in, look at the column on the left side under "Administration". Click on Manage My Day & Ross. In the page that opens, you will see a table with a column that says "Company Name". The code before the Company Name is your Day & Ross Account Number. |
| Daylight Transport | To connect your Daylight Transport negotiated rates in Kuebix, you will need to input your account number, as well as your username and password for the Daylight website. If you don't know your account number you may find it by logging into your Daylight account here. Once you're logged in, using the horizontal navigation menu, click on Pickup Request. In the page that opens, you will see a Code field. That code is actually your account number. |
| Dayton Freight | Before you can use Kuebix to access your Dayton Freight negotiated rates, you will first need to activate Web Services for your Dayton Freight account. To do this, go to their website and log in using your carrier provided credentials. From the My Accounts page select Update Web Account Information, then select Yes for Enable Web Services. Then enter the required contact information and click the [ Save ] button. Once enabled, you will simply need to enter your Dayton Freight username, password and customer number in the fields above to establish your Kuebix rate connection. |
| Dependable Highway Express | To link your Dependable Highway Express (DHE) account to Kuebix, you must register to use DHE's different web service APIs. You can achieve this by emailing dhecustomerservice@godependable.com and requesting Web Services be enabled for your account. | Peninsula Truck Lines | To connect Peninsula Freight to your Kuebix account you will first need to know your Peninsula Account Number. If you do not know your Account Number you can retrieve it by logging into Peninsula's website using your carrier provided credentials. You can access the Peninsula login page by clicking here. Once logged in, click on Rates in the header of the homepage. Next, click the drop down that says Get LTL Rate Quote. Click that button and you will be brought to Peninsula's Get a Quote page. Your account number can be found on top left of the page under the heading Pricing Account. Once you have your Account number, enter it into Kuebix along with username and password and you will be able to connect your carrier. |
| Pilot Freight | To connect your Pilot Freight negotiated rates in Kuebix, you will need to input your Pilot username and password. You will also need the Location ID, Tariff Header ID, Control Station, and Address ID. To obtain those credentials you must login to Pilot's CoPilot page by clicking here. Once logged in, click the Settings button in the top right of the page. Once you land on the settings page, click the tab on the left side that says Web Services. There, you will find your Location Id, Tariff Header ID , Control Station, and Address ID. Please fill in all inputs accordingly. If you have more than 1 tariff, please input your different Tariff Header ID's separated by a comma. For example, if you had a Tariff Header called KUEBIX and another one called 12354, you would input "KUEBIX,12354". Do not add a space between different Tariff Header ID's. | R+L Carriers | To access your R+L Carriers negotiated rates in Kuebix you must obtain the required API Access Key. To do this you must register to use their various web services. This can be achieved by logging into the R+L Carrier's website with your carrier provided credentials. Once logged in, hover over the Resources link in the navigational menu at the top of the page. From the drop-down menu, click on B2B Tools Setup. On the page that opens you will be provided with your API Access Key. If you have Pallet Rates with R+L you can obtain those Pallet Rates by entering your 4 digit Pallet Codes in the appropriate field below. If you do not know your R+L assigned Pallet Codes then please reach out to your R+L Account Rep. If you have multiple Pallet Codes please separate by a comma with no space. For example, if your 2 pallet codes are 0128 and 0002 you would enter "0128,0002" in the field below. If you do not have Pallet Rates, then simply enter "None". |

| Southeastern Freight Lines | In order to access your Southeastern Freight Lines (SEFL) negotiated rates in Kuebix you will first need to know your SEFL account number. You can find it by logging into their website using your carrier provided credentials. Once logged in, click on the MySEFL link at the top right side of the home page. Then click on View / Update My SEFL Profile. You can find your account number(s) listed at the bottom of the newly loaded page. |
| Southwestern Motor Transport | In order to use Southwestern Motor Transport (SMT) in Kuebix you must request access to use their web service APIs via their website. Please note, your current credentials used to access their website will not work in Kuebix. SMT requires a separate set of login credentials to access their web service APIs. You can request your web service credentials by navigating to their website and clicking on the yellow CLIENT LOGIN tab at the top of their home page. When the next page loads, instead of logging in, click the grey Registration button. Complete the information in all of the fields making sure to update the last field - ID Type - to Web/XML Services. Once complete, click the Submit Request button and within 24 hours you should receive an email containing your SMT web service credentials. Once received simply enter them into Kuebix and you should be good to go. |

| Sunset Pacific Transportation | To connect your Sunset Pacific negotiated rates in Kuebix, enter your Sunset Pacific website Username (email address) and Password. In addition, you will also need to input your API Username. If you do not have an API Username then please follow these steps: 1. Please visit the Sunset Pacific website. 2. Click on the button GET A QUOTE NOW then REGISTER AS A NEW USER. From there, you will complete a few questions. 3. Use the Username (not email address) created in Step 2 as the API Username below. |

| TST Overland Express | To connect your TST Overland Express negotiated rates in Kuebix, you will need to input your username, password and tariff code. To find your Tariff Code, you will need to login to the TST Overland website and successfully get a rate. You can access the website by clicking here. Once logged in, navigate to the Resources link in the header towards the top right of the page. Click Resources and select Rate Quote. Once on the Rate Quote page you want to successfully get a rate. Once you get a rate, look under the header "Rate Quote Criteria", you will see something called the Tariff Filing. Immediately to the right you will see a code followed by the account name. That code is the Tariff Code. In the last field you are asked what your rating type is. If you have Pallet rates, enter "P". If you have Class based rates, enter "C". If you have Dimensional/Density based rates, enter "D". |
| U.S. Road Freight | To access your U.S. Road negotiated rates in Kuebix, you must enter your U.S. Road username and password. |
| TForce (formerly UPS Freight) | To access your TForce rates in Kuebix you will first need to obtain an Access Key by clicking the link to the Developer Kit. Under How To Get Started on the left, click on Step 4: Request an access key. (*Note: If not already logged in, it will prompt you to do so and should redirect you back to the Developer Kit). In the next page that opens scroll to the bottom and click on the Request Access Key button. In the next page you will see your API Access Key. Before entering that into Kuebix you will need to click on Request Production Access towards the bottom of the page and select the three Ground Freight APIs (Rating, Shipping, and Pickup). Click Continue on the next pop up. Then insert checkmarks into all three of the API checkboxes and click Next to complete the process. From here you simply need to enter your Username, Password, and Access Key in to Kuebix to add TForce. |
| Valley Cartage | To connect your Valley Cartage negotiated rates in Kuebix, you will need to input your username and password, as well as your Authentication Key. If you do not know the Authentication Key you can find it by clicking this link and submitting a request to customer service for the Authentication Key. Make sure to Include your Account Name and Username when requesting the Authentication Key. |

| XPO Logistincs | To connect your XPO Logistics negotiated rates in Kuebix, you will need to input your XPO account number, as well as your username and password used to access the XPO website. If you don't know your account number, you can find it by logging into your XPO Logistics account here. Once logged in, navigate to the site's home page and hover over the My Account link at the top of the page. In the drop down menu that displays, click on Account Information. In the page that opens, click on the red hyperlink containing your account information. In the next page that opens you will find your Account Number on the left-hand side of the page directly under your company’s address and Account Code. |
| YRC Freight | To enable your YRC rates in Kuebix you'll need to obtain your Business ID. Before that can be provided, YRC requires each customer to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
