Greetings from Kuebix Product Management! This document serves as the official Release Notes for our Q3 24 Release.
The key themes of this release were:
Commercial Invoice Enhancements
We made enhancements in the Ship It screen for the Commercial Invoice creation process for International Shipments. These enhancements bring us up to date with the current list of Payment Terms (a.k.a., Incoterms) issued by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) as well as some additional fields/functionality added to the Commercial Invoice Details Popup and the Line Item Details section. These enhancements will make this process more efficient.
Notification Banners
We have developed a more dynamic way to provide important information to users in the form of banners displayed at the top of the website. These notification banners will be displayed where and when needed.
Commercial Invoice Enhancements
To make the process of creating Commercial Invoices and executing international shipments as efficient and accurate as possible we made a the following enhancements:
- Customs Field Section: We have updated the “Payment Terms” picklist value options to reflect the current list of Payment Terms (a.k.a., Incoterms) issued by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
- Line Item Details Section: We have updated the Line Item Details section by adding a field for the “HS Code” and updated the nomenclature for the “HTS Code” field (previously displayed as “HTN#”).
- Commercial Invoice Details Popup: We added a “Customs Broker Tax ID/VAT” field, updated the “Importer Tax ID/VAT” field name, enabled auto-population of the “City” & “State” fields based on the value entered in the “Postal” fields, and added a section header for the “Additional Details”.

We understand that effective and timely communication with our clients is critical to your success so we have created a new capability that will allow us to provide important information and updates directly to users where and when applicable.
These notifications will be displayed as a banner at the top of every screen as pictured below:
